A multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives local delivery businesses a fully operational order management system — with an admin panel to manage locations, vendors, products, and delivery slots; an agent panel where customer care staff manually book orders on behalf of customers through a guided 7-step wizard; and a vendor panel where local sellers manage their stock and receive incoming orders in real time, all built on Next.js, Supabase, and Clerk with role-based access and location-aware product availability.

A dynamic, functional programming language built on the Erlang VM (BEAM), designed for highly concurrent, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems. It combines modern developer ergonomics with robust runtime reliability, making it popular for real-time applications such as chat systems, APIs, and large-scale web platforms. Elixir’s syntax is clean and expressive, it emphasizes immutability and pattern matching, and its ecosystem includes powerful tools like Mix for project management and Phoenix for web development. Because it runs on BEAM, Elixir applications benefit from lightweight processes, “let it crash” supervision patterns, and excellent uptime under heavy load.
